- purchase of Aims AMP Ind Trust
I forsee that next month I will get around 500 bucks more in dividends and will be concentrating on the rights issues for First REIT. Likely case, that will blow it up to roughly 30% of my div portfolio. probably too large for my liking.
The current forward yield on cost is expected to be around 7%.
